Spin Room

Home to 18 spin bikes. Hit the pedal to the metal in our high-energy spin classes that’ll have you racing toward those fitness goals.

Pilates & Yoga Studio

Find your zen, boost your flexibility, and strengthen your core with our range of Pilates and Yoga classes.

Floor-Based Classes Room

Take your pick from classes like Box-Fit, Body Sculpt, Step, and Abs — these classes keep you moving, motivated, and loving every minute of it.

Main Gym

Our powerhouse. Packed with everything you need for strength and cardio training. Whether you are a seasoned lifter or just starting out, our main gym timetable is loaded with options. You can pre-book the space for open gym to do your own thing, or book into strength-based classes such as Strength and Conditioning and circuits. The main gym is set up with:

  • Treadmill

  • Rower

  • Ski-erg

  • Step up machine

  • Assault bike

  • Barbells (15kg and 20kg) / trap bar

  • Plates (ranging from 1.25kg to 25kg)

  • Dumbells (4kg to 40kg dumbbells)
