Improve your endurance, strengthen your muscles, and build your core strength

Hosted in our backroom studio, we bring you Body Sculpt. In this low-impact class, you will have your own station set up with your own weights to suit your ability. With a step, a mat, dumbbells, a barbell and focus, this weighted exercise class works to music with you moving your body and your weights to the beat.

Body sculpt challenges each body area as the session progresses, with each track bringing a different focus.

You can take the weight up or down, and take breaks as needed. The instructor will be at the front of the class, doing the movements alongside you, so you always have a reference point. The challenge comes in keeping the tempo in line with the music and the move you are completing. Sculpt your body to be the best version of yourself. And have fun while you’re at it!

Body Sculpt is a low-impact (in as much as you won’t be jumping around the place) full body, 30 minute workout class that will mix up your strength training and spice up your workout week. A big focus of the class is engaging your core muscles as you move through weighted movements in line with the beat of the music.

Whether you are squatting, lunging, bicep curling or tricep dipping, you will feel the burn as we pay attention to all your muscles.
