Personal Training 1-2-1 - 60mins

  • Book 60min of your Pre-paid Personal Training session time. Takes place at our gym.

Personal Training 1-2-1 - 30mins

  • Book 30mins of your pre-paid Personal Training Sessions time. Short, sharp and to the point PT session at the gym. Ideal if you have limited time or would like to attend a class after your session. 30mins total time.

Initial Consultation

  • Personal Training Initial Consultation. Our first meeting. A chance to talk about you, your goals, what you would like to achieve and totally complementary. The first step in your Personal Training journey.

Nutrition Catch up

  • Nutrition session either face to face or via video link to catch up on your weeks nutrition and answer any questions. Good time spent to set the plan moving forward and overcome any hiccups.

Gym Induction

  • A gym induction is perfect for you if you are new to the gym and require a little help to get started. This session will familiarise you with our equipment and how to use it safely.
