Introducing Target Active Fitness’ BoxFit Class.

This pad and mitt-based class combines classic boxing sequences with cardio based movements. We will get you upper-cutting and jabbing with the best of them, combined with boxing conditioning pieces to get and keep your heart rate up.

While we would like to turn all you into budding Rocky Balboa’s, this class is more about increasing your fitness levels, rather than throwing technical punches. And believe us, this is a real calorie burner, and so much fun at the same time. You will work with your partner to throw punches for a set period of time, getting you sweaty and puffed out, before you swap over. High tempo, quick changes and 30 minutes of non-stop high-octane action, with some banging tunes in the background to keep you focussed.

Boxfit is a high-intensity, non-contact cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. The class will lock in your core as you move and give your whole body a workout. Prepare to get sweaty.
