Challenge your stamina, strength and co-ordination

In our Circuit Training sessions, you will work through 10-15 exercise stations, for a varied amount of time, completing exercises that focus on Upper and Lower Body, Core and Muscular endurance. The 30-45min classes will challenge your stamina, strength and co-ordination.

Each exercise is demonstrated at the start of the session by our qualified instructors, who are also on hand during the workout to support you with your form to avoid injury. They can also answer any questions you have about the movement as you work through. We have morning, lunchtime and evening slots available so you can fit it in around your lifestyle.

Tailored workouts for all abilities, to get you moving and get you stronger

Circuits are great for all abilities as the exercises are set to a time limit, short, sharp blasts of work before you move on to the next station to focus on a different area. If you are new to the gym, it is a great way to get to know a range of exercises. If you are a regular gym goer, it’s a great way to spice up your workouts, with variety and endurance.

There is a range of weights for you to choose from, so you can tailor the workout to your ability.

You set the pace, so you can work as hard as you like and rest when you need to. We will help you choose appropriate weights and movement variation so you get the most out of your session.
