Full access to our gym floor

On our timetable, you will find slots for ‘open gym sessions’. This is a chance for you to create your own workout using our range of equipment.

We are giving you full access to our gym floor in these sessions for you to do as you please (safely of course). Open gym is available to all registered members and pay as you go attendees. There will always be a member of the team on site, so you can train to your hearts content safe in the knowledge that someone is there to help you if you need it.

You can book in hourly slots, but you aren’t limited to that one hour. You just need to make sure you book in for the hours that you will be there to avoid overcrowding and so we know who is using the gym for insurance purposes.

If you are looking for a space to complete your own workouts, without the expense of buying equipment to use at home, then we open our doors to you. Our Open Gym sessions mean you can use all of the equipment we have on the main gym floor at your convenience.

Whether you are working to a remote plan, have a specific movement goal you want to keep working at, or can’t make one of the classes on our timetable but still want to get a workout in, then these sessions are for you.

If you are unsure where to begin, or want to check your form, you can speak to one of our Personal Trainers, Dan and James who will happily assist you in writing a tailored plan to help you achieve your results.
