Lights down, disco lights up, music on
Our 30- or 45-minute-long sessions will get you sweating, laughing and moving on a bike like you have never done before.
From slow, heavy climbs to quick dips, you’ll be sitting and standing, working up a sweat and burning some serious calories. This fun cardio workout is great to get you moving and can be tailored to your fitness levels. You set the intensity so you can make it as challenging as you wish – we will encourage you to push your limits to get the most from the class. We have 18 bikes ready for you to jump on. So, bring your friends and family and make it a group effort. Singing along is optional.
Hit the beat and pedal in time to the music.
Spin is one of our most popular sessions, which is why you will find lots of options on our timetable. If you’re an early bird, we have sessions starting at 6:30am, right through to evening sessions. Each instructor brings their own style and some questionable music choices to the studio!
