Focussing on the lower body, this low impact, high intensity, fun workout will get you moving to the beat of the music, burning calories while you move.

A class for all ages and abilities, Step is bags of fun. Joey, your Target Active instructor will lead you through the session, doing the movements alongside you, in time to the music. If you get lost with where you are meant to be, Joey will be there to bring you back on track.
